Received a call from 580-670-3180 on my cell. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Attempted to return call from a fax land line, and got a recording, saying "I'm sorry, you have reached a number that is no longer in service. Conclusion, yet another scammer.
Called, no message. Tried back in less than ten minutes, says it's disconnected. I guess they were trying to call for help on their phone bill before it got shut off. What a shame. I wanted to tell them congratulations that they are #114 on my blocked numbers list. I have more numbers blocked now than contacts. Thanks, Obama.
