I received a robocall call from 580.678.7166 claiming that I owed back taxes and to call immediately and may have said a warrant was issued for my arrest. I immediately called the number and a man claiming to be IRS Officer Allen Roger informing me that I had failed to pay taxes and that an arrest warrant had issued and I owed back taxes. He knew my name, address and telephone number. He said that I had to choose whether to resolve the matter now or go to court. He said if I hang up he would be sending a recording of the call to the IRS.
