Received a call asking me if I had a medical alert device. I told him I wasn't interested and to put me on his no call list. He said no he wold not put me on his no call list. I told him to put his manager on the line and he said no to that too. I told him that this was now a hostile phone call and I didn't appreciate his style of business practice. He told me he didn't care and that he had my visa number. I told him if he had my visa it was a stolen card number and now I was going to find a way to let people know what they are doing. This kind of business practice is ridiculous !
Put your number on the DO NOT CALL LIST after 30days if you are still getting them calls call back to the do not call list at 1-800-382-1222 and thay will register a complaint for you Good Luck Dianne Sands
In my case, the caller rang while I was away from my office. Left no message. When I tried to return the call, was told it was out of service. That is when I Googled the number ad found that it was being used to harass individuals. I already am on the DO NOT CALL registry. My next step, should this party call again, will be to report the same. Right now, am going to list the caller as a Telemarketer.
The above calls are consistent with LifeWatch USA and its "Hello seniors" robodialing campaign, from whom I've received dozens of calls. They hung up this morning before I could get to the phone.
