Keep getting calls for other family members that I don't have anything to do with. They call everyday, home and cell. How do I make them quit?

This company calls 5-10 times a day from this number and very similar numbers. (580) 798-0465. (580) 798-2776. (580) 798-0460. (580) 798-0468. (580) 798-2778. They hang up when I answer. When I call back it goes right to a message that said I have reached a mailbox (different mailbox numbers for the different phone numbers). It won't stop!
