No one was ever served papers in connection with calls from this number. They are thieves trying to extort money from you hoping that you can buy your way out of a court appearance. You can safely ignore calls from this number.
Several calls from them saying they will be "serving me with papers" and would be showing up at my place of work. It's a scam! They try to sound threatening, but I have no outstanding debts that they claim I have.
I got a call from them saying they were going to serve me papers at my home or place of employment.I dont even use the phone # they called and dont have anything legal that I would be getting served for.
Recd call private today woman named Kimberly Mullen. Claimed to serv legal papers at home or work. She said to return call to 585-267-5253. II blocked my #it is a Rothway Group in NY. SAME WOMAN VOICE answered by Victoria Daniels.......left no other info, acct # others state its scam caller. Atty Gen n police will be notified......
Exact same experience as NDC. I called back
and got "Victoria" who sounded exactly like Kimberly. Told her to tell Kimberly to go ahead and serve papers, lawyer and I would see them
in court... Said she would get it "docked up" and return it to county...she didn't cooperate until I gave the phone # they called to look me up, landline we never use.....
