They call at LEAST 4-6 times per day. Credit One Bank... a scam, substandard credit card company that I fell for one late night thinking I was applying for Capitol One, a reputable company. They call starting at 8 am...even on a SUNDAY and as late as 9 pm - 7 days a week. If you block the number then they call from a different number coming up as a different state...this number is out of NY. I have also received ones from them at numbers in NJ and VA. I have reported them for their harassment and if you look into it hundreds of others have as well.
