Called claiming congress passed law on lowering taxes regarding POS system for HOBBY SHOPS specifically and that most processors were not passing this savings on to merchants. But of course they will. They are a different kind of POS thats certain.
Rec'd junk call from 585-304-0709 - we never answer, but most annoying, endless message left, from Oakfield, N.Y., "free wireless equipment, no startup costs, no annual costs, direct-rate comparison, charge card" Better Merchant crap. I'm sure all will agree "Better Merchant" scammers should be lined up at Tiananmen Square - and SHOT !!!!

Listed as "BETTER MERCHANT", when you answer, it is a prerecorded message with information for "Nursing Home Facilities" regarding tax loopholes. When I try to opt out of receiving anymore calls, it hangs up before I could press the appropriate number for opt-out. I try calling back and I'm told no agents are available.
So, it might be a would be scammer. If I get any more calls from them, I will file a complaint with the FCC.
Call while my shop have customers, I do not answer when voice manager announce Better Merchant, by I do not want any credit card processing, I got scam one time 4 years ago from a merchant credit card processor, they still do not leave me alone, calling leave messages on my answer machine from 7am-11:36pm some time all night after business hours, look like a pack of wild dogs try to hunt a victim. Scammer dry out and hungry but lazy to find a job!
