Received multiple calls from Verizon Wireless when I am not the account holder responsible for the bills. Called Verizon and they didn't stop calling so I filed multiple complaints including a criminal and civil complaint.
I receive multiple calls a day from them when my payment is late. It is bordering on harassment. Does anyone know who I can contact regarding this. I called them and they have not removed my number from this list
I am late on my bill often as my cell is my luxury and get calls from Verizon. It is not harassment in the laws eyes. they have a right to try and collect their money between 8am and 9 pm ( some states its 8pm i believe). You cannot sue someone for trying to collect the money we owe lol...annoying as heck getting 9 calls a day? You betchya..i just hit decline call and block.
