A caller that was using a device that disguised his voice said that he was calling from "Lotterys & Sweepstakes" and I had won. It was hard to understand him but he kept asking alot of questions that personally I don't think are pertinent to winning any lottery. Then he stated that I would need to go to Walmart and put $175 on a money order and call him back with the "prize number" (number on the money order) for the 1% tax on my winnings. I told him that I wasn't going to Walmart today. He asked me if he could put me on hold and I could hear him talking to another person which disguised the voice and I hung up on the caller. The caller called back a few times but I didn't answer the calls. Who is this?
