Second time in 2 days
All I hear both times is: "Hello, Hello" (as if they can't hear you) with background noise sounding like a call center
I suspect it may be a robo-call attempting to record your voice for illicit purposes & not a real person, since everything seemed exactly the same both calls, as well as another recent call with a different caller ID.
They claim to represent the Police Association and were asking for donations (min $15). Transferred to another line where a pushy woman tried to get a credit card number. Ended by hanging up, without giving any info.
