Received a call at 10:03am EST on 04/19/2017 from this number. I do not answer calls from numbers that are not in my contact list and/or out of area. The number came up on my cell phone as being from East Aurora, NY. Being that the number was both not in my contact list and out of area, I naturally didn't even consider answering it. My phone rang approximately 2 1/2 times before it became a missed call. No voicemail was left, meaning it is definitely no one I know on a personal or professional basis. I get these types of calls from different phone numbers scattered throughout the US 2-3 a day, every day. It is so very annoying, disruptive and disrespectful. My phone number is on the Do Not Call list. I have even tried answering a few of these calls from time to time, breaking my own "No Answer" rule, but even then there is no one on the other line, just dead air for a few seconds and then the call promptly ends.
