It was Pioneer Credit Recovery trying to track down someone who they claim is either currently or was recently a neighbor of mine. I advised them that I had never heard of the person and that they violated several parts of the FCRA by contacting me about someone else's debt and skip tracing.
Collections call from Pioneer Credit Recovery. Some sites link it to "Aspen Dental" but that is not the case. I don't know if they are spoofing that number; the call-back is a 1-866 number.
