waits till the answering machine picks up and then they hang up

I got 4 scam phone calls from "Kevin Schmidt" from the Dept of Legal Affairs.  He had a very strong foreign accent that was barely understandable.  Super annoying!  They are getting smarter.  There is a real Kevin Schmidt, but he clearly isn't the one leaving the message.

They always call me after 5 or 6 in the evening. They even called twice in the span of 10 minutes! Very annoying.

Just beeps and hangs up. Quite annoying.

Mountain research center is calling from 586-200-0162, day and night.  Report them to the FCC, they have hundreds of complaints about their robocalls, hang ups, harassment.

But good luck getting them to stop, I've asked them 11 times to be added and they keep harassing. Please report to FCC and add to the existing case record of complaints.
