Called multiple times tonight on my cell phone.  Last call after 9:30 pm when all 4 kids were in bed.  Grrr!

Saw on my caller id 5:08 PM Tuesday 9-30-14 said Research Center  blocked my cell and called back: the message said sorry no service at this time  message 31005 all circuits are busy now the wireless customer you are calling is not available please try later. white pages lists it a Peerless Network Landline in Roseville, MI. My phone number is registered in the Do Not Call.
