Who called from 5862103974

This number is a scam.  It called my cell phone,  and left an automated voice message about winning money to take care of bills,  buy a boat,  etc. It's a sweepstakes type scam.

Called and when I answered they hung up. Rang busy when I called back.

Called my cell phone. Did not answer the call knowing that it is a sales/spam call.
