Have been getting calls from this number for at least 3 months. Id is Newbaltimr. No message is ever left. I do not attempt to call back when I am unfamiliar with who's calling me.
This is the third call in 3 days. 3 rings and hang up. NO message!!! I can't see myself wasting time and energy to call back. IF the call was the LEAST bit important, a message should be left!!

I have received ten phone calls from this # in three weeks. I actually called the # back once and spoke to a young woman who was at home at the time and had not used her phone??? Enough already!
