Therefore, there would be no reason for me to answer or return this phone call. Thank you 800notes for letting us get the word out on the scammers trying to take advantage of the innocent, aged and mentally disabled who they pray upon. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Push this President to shut these fake callers down. He wants to create new jobs. He can hire federal agents to hunt them down, put them in jail and then torture them with ringing phones and fast busy signals for the rest of their paltry lives.
