This number was blocked by my app (Mr. Number) because it does not appear in my contact list. Both Mr. Number and this website confirm that the caller is not who they purport themselves to be.

Yes, its been a few years now. But every once in a while the caller I.D. "Giving Headaches" shows up again, bothering people when they least expect it. No need to pick-up.....
Received a call from them at 1:20 pm. The man greeted me by asking for the homeowner. When I asked who he was and what it was regarding, he hung up. When I tried to call the number back the call would not go through.
