The caller ID said ,"research center. ". I have found that by picking up once I can normally stop the repeated daily calls that other people mentioned for this number in earlier posts. When I picked up, the lady in a very monotone voice said they were conducting interviews and she needed to specifically talk to someone named Jose xxx ( I will not provide last name here ). Asking specifically for this person upset me because, for the last few months, Bill collectors have been calling my home asking for this person and someone even came to my door. It is upsetting because no one by this name has ever lived in this house. This told me that it was not a research center, or they were "doing research" for Bill collectors looking for deadbeats. It is really sad when your personal telephone number is given out and listed as someone else's and you cannot stop the harassment as they look for the person that does not exist. I do not believe this is a research center. Be careful of what you say to them especially if you owe bills . Sadly for me, I will have to keep fending off people looking for this person here that does not exist.

some woman calling at 8:10pm. said she wanted to do a survey about my transportation habits. Yeah, cool :) I asked her if she realized she was calling a number on the do not call registry. Duh! She apologized and then after I asked she told me she was calling from Northern West Research
Got a call with the Caller ID of "Not In USE". They asked at my business for a random first name with my last name and it was a female name. It just happen to be a portion of my deceased sister's first name. I said she had died and they hung up. Oh well.
