Make them stop please

"Hello, this is Heather at Account Services about your current credit card accounts".

Called and left a message stating there is no problem with my account, but I needed to call quickly because time was running out to lower my interest rate. Obvious spammer.

Unbelievable... called my personal cell phone.. on the do not call list... "This is Heather..." same as above. Car Warranty letter. SPAM, I'm sure.

They called I didn't answer just looked up number.  People said it was a scam. They left no message.
