We got a call from this number today at 6:12 pm. The caller ID was CLINTON TOWN MI, and it was blocked by our call blocker. Due to numerous other such calls, it blocks all calls from area code 586.
These "Microsoft" $cammer$ get on my nerves! Got this call at 7:39 PM CT. They use different #'s & we get so sick of these phonies. The top # was V 411203949001. WHY can't anyone track these fools down & shut them down?
He claimed to be from Windows. He told me my computer was infected and he told me he knew how to remove it. He was about to tell me how he could remove it but I hung up on him he had a foreign accent.
Like many of you I received a call from this "gentleman" with an unintelligible accent. So persistent even when I told him I didn't have a computer. Wish now that I'd strung him along just to waste his time.
