Who called from 5873164812

Receiveda call a few minutes ago from this number to my cell phone. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer.  I then researched the number and it is a Calgary AB number. Since I live in Ontario not sure why somebody from there would be calling me. Plus I am on the supposedly national 'Do Not Call List'! I have no faith in that system as recently I have been receiving many unknown calls.
What a colossal waste of money these Don not call lists!

First off this number called my parents house. I do not live at home, secondly where did they get the number!!!.

I just received this call. I have no idea who it is. Says Alberta. :/

The msg left was from a Skylink!? They make it sound like an offer, but don't say for what.
