THEY CALLED MY CELL AND WOULD NOT ANSWER WHEN I SAID HELLO, IF YOUR GONNA CALL THEN AT LEAST SAY HELLO....

They just called me, and I called the number back from my work phone. It's SQM Group doing market research for some call centre.  When you call the number back, they have their own automated Do-Not-Call list, and their system gives you the chance to punch in your number to be added to that list.

RECEIVED AN UNSOLICITED CALL FROM A CALL CENTRE. I THOUGHT RANDOM CALLS WERE ILLEGAL NOW?
