I picked up & spoke to some clueless yahoo claiming to be an energy broker.  Had a pitch about saving money on natural gas.
I chatted with him about the CRTC's National Do Not Contact List.  He appeared to be completely unfamiliar with his obligations wrt people who are on the list.
