Not sure how they got my name and number. I suspect one of the online services that used SMS verification. I have never had a credit card, I do not have any bank accounts (just one credit union account that I used for all transactions), I have never taken out any loans, I do not own any property, I submit my (irrelevant) taxes, and I generally have just been invisible on the financial radar for my entire adult life. I do not owe anyone anything, I am, in fact, owed money by people, but that too is irrelevant in this case. Yet these known crooks and convicted felons (look up the history of the corrupt EOS bosses) continue to badger me. I block every one of their numbers so far. They will get a Cease and Desist letter if they do not stop and/or if they start sending paper mail.
You dont even have to owe them money, just have the old phone number of the person who does. They never listen, just call relentlessly. I don't know who they are, I don't know where they are. [***]
There is a new thing on the internet called a search engine. You type in the thing you want to find, in this case EOS Canada, and guess what? It brings it up. Then you go there and find out what you need to know. I just tried it and in less than a second I found the web site and the contact us page. You should really try that because we are not your personal assistants.

There are people who dig up records for property taxes, family heritage, police reports, utility bills, obituaries, etc., to create databases for online websites like Family Tree and background checking for a fee. Our public information can be found online if you look hard enough.
