Got the same letter, won same amount, check enclosed for insurance and attorney's fees was Isuzu North America Corp., Mizuho Corporate Bank. Said to call Carl Ingram at this #. Also had a security code to use when calling "Carl". Letter was signed by "Peter Brown, CFO". Postmark was Austin, TX Rio Grande District.
