Part of a pay pal scam called 419 scam they want a product from you but live somewhere else so they want you to have pay pal to receive the money and they will have someone come pick it up usually some company but the trick is pay pal is with western union so they put a hold on it so if you google how to go to western union and get money transaction from pay pal 419 scam stories will show up it's no joke almost happened to me.
