Didn't recognize the above number and concerned they are calling my teenagers phone-who is this number registered too

I also just received a call from this number, luckily I have an app on my phone that tells me if the # is a scam or fraud so I never answered as the app told me it's scam or fraud

of the call block apps will tell you that.  So go to the place you get your apps from and look around and read what they do.  Not only will you learn something, but you will exercise your mind and train it to seek out information instead of having it spoon fed to you.
