Probably.

Does anyone owe you $7600?  Did you enter a contest with a proze of $7600?  Is there any other way soneone would give you $7600?  If not the call is a scam.  They'll find some way to get you to pay for that money.  Maybe they'll ask for your banking information claiming they are going to deposit the money, then empty your bank acccount.
