Caller claimed to be from Microsoft Windows Support - Please understand that Microsoft does not call you about viruses or anything else on your computer. ANYONE calling with this claim is a fraud. They are looking for a way in to your computer. Microsoft will also have a traceable umber on your caller ID - these guys never do - they use VOIP to hide their location I have had many calls from this scam - DO NOT give them info - DO NOT connect to their IP address! MSFT Windows does direct updates to your computer when there is a need - never done with a direct call - servers manage these updates - as soon as I told them that there is no way I will log into their IP address, they hung up - Stay alert! - If in doubt - hang up!
Getting another call from an idiot that can't do something with their life than sit and mess over people. I got a call from 6011775544, answered it in a delayed fashion - No sounds, nothing, no message left.
the caller sounded like he was from india,,, i talk to them a lot thru Norton who out sourced to there,,, but i know that there is a scam going around. claiming to be from Microsoft,,, dont play,,, microsoft won't call unless you initiate the calling and most of the time it will be preceded with a email that they will be calling...
This is the first scam call I've gotten on my cell. I am PISSED. I've blocked the number; hopefully because I didn't answer it they won't sell my number to someone else.
