Called me at 11:45 AM. They left a 12 second voicemail with a robot that said "thank you" during the first 2 seconds, then nothing at all after that. Don't have any clue who they are, but okcaller.com reported it as a "not safe" number. Judging by the voicemail content, I agree. This one's going on my list of blocked numbers.
