I asked to speak to a manager so they can stop harassing me and was told that he is not available and that they do not participate in the National Do Not Call registry.

What is the point of being on the Do Not Call List if these unscrupulous people continue to call?

They asked me about some service about my creditcards.

I tried to initiate phone sex, they hung up on me =(

I have received about 50 unwanted, or scam, or phishing, calls in the last 10 days or so.  I am getting sick of it.  I am on the national do not call register.  Is this getting to be that common?  Am I going to have to change my phone number?  I will block this call with all the others.
