Just recieved this call stating they are from the processing and summons division and they will be filing charges of fraud against me. Also I have forfeited my rights and they will be contacting human resources to file this complaint yet the company is willing to negotiate if I call them now. 27th call I recieved with this message from as many numbers. They won't call my house since being told to show up with the summons and I'll have the local p.d. here to help them. I'm tired of these flipping people harassing and threatening me!

The same exact thing was said on my voicemail. The lady said she was from the processing and summons division and they will be filing charges of fraud against me. And that I have to call now before the Simmons is either sent to my home or work. And if that happens I will forfeit my rights. Always the same thing just from a different number.
You have the right to IGNORE these calls. IF you did owe money you would receive a WRITEN document. Phone calls, faxes, and emails are not official. This is just another scam number. If in doubt, check with the civil division of your county courthouse.
I asked for address all they would give me was a fax number so I filed there number with the Do not call FCC. and told ms what ever name was don't call I will call the police she hung up on me.. I called back hung up on me again I call back told them I see died people she hung up again I have fun with peoiple like this.. you should too.. see lots of dead people.. have fun...
I hae been called by this number also this is ridiculous where does these people get off like this. they need to be stopped! they call from different numbers and locations!
