I don't think you understand. These people are scamers. They couldn't care less about a do not call list. They don't care if you are on the list, they will call anyway. They don't obey the law. Just block the # and forget it.
Saw the caller ID said marketing, so I did not answer and nothing was said on the answering machine. We are on the Do Not Call list, so how can marketing not be a telemarketer? I don't do surveys!
