What cell carrier do you have? I know Verizon Wireless unscrupulously gives phone numbers to 3rd parties, not sure about others. Also a ton of smart phone apps give users' phone numbers to 3rd parties so that's another possibility.

They called me and left me a voicemail it didn't say anything and I never picked up

1:52 on 4/22.  Ignored and blocked.  I am in Maryland

they called from MS, I ignored, will block. they did not leave a message

This number called - did not answer - Could not find who was calling - I am in the "Do Not Call Registry" and don appreciate the harassment.
