number keeps showing up on my phone n I miss the call everytime n I try calln bk n gives busy signal n I'd like to kno who it is

Number has called me multiple times and when I answer and say hello it beeps like an answering machine and then I say hello again and it hangs up

called back no answer left no message

This number called me and didn't say nothing and hung up and every time I try to call back it beeps

This number appeared on my cell this afternoon.  I did not answer but did call the number later only to listen to a recording that told me the number  " is not in service at this time".  I will just assume it is someone who is of no importance to me since no message was left.  Definitely will not answer in the future.
