This is medicare scam.  Best not to answer this number.  Not know where are getting mine phone numbers from.  Think people behind this likely secret society exist much years even before phones and always profiteering through scams since ancient times.  Pass on this ways to children and seep into modern days. Not speak name out loud or will come for you with army of uninformed and ignorant persons unknowingly do they agenda for group!  Be careful with who you dance say roomate and she know secrets. Good luck and positive energy to all from Ping.

You were smart to try and not reply "yes" when asked a yes or no question by strangers. Generally they ask something they know you will say yes to, such as "Can you hear me?". Those are the ones you should answer "no" to. Since they can hear you answer when they ask, they will figure out you can hear them, but they can't "steal" your answer as "proof" that you have agreed to something. For questions like if you have medicare you can say something like "I am a member" or "I do have their card".

This was a live caller for me using 601-308-3367. Because it was NOT a recording to my phone, I can't file a TCPA claim against them at WeStopTelemarketers.com, but I CAN report the call to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222 because I have been on the DNC list for more than 30 days.

This caller offers a free back support paid for by medicare. They say "You have some pain in your back, right?" and if you say yes they will ask for your medicare claim number, a 9 digit number with the letter A or B at the end. I gave them a fake number with the letter A. They then look up the number and get confused because the name doesn't match what they have. And they had my name and my address. I don't know if they had my SSN, but they could for all I know. I asked for their company name and web site address. They did NOT want to give it to me and it could be fake, but they said the company was Simple Medical Supplies and the URL was www.SimpleMedicalSupplies.com. At this point there is no active web site on that domain name, only a holding page. The domain name owner may or may not be connected with the company that called, but the email address of the domain owner is under the domain of listsourcedirect.com. And they are involved with telemarketing.

Please report these calls to the FTC. They are selling us junk we don't need at high prices. They are trying to drain medicare and our money for their own profit. And if you need a back support, please work with a company that you know near you, not these people. The "service" they are providing MAY be legal, but I don't see how calling people on the DNC can be.

From the web site they gave me:
