Called me today. No message. Called back and got a robot advertising that I may have a tax debt or owe back taxes. I don't. Pure marketing call, could be fraudulent. I did not push through to a person but the menu does give you the option, 9 on my call, to remove yourself from their list.
No message. No caller ID. Called the number and a recorded announcement told me "I may have back taxes and my assets and accounts could be stripped of my possession" (whatever that means). I guess this is Fear-Based Telemarketing for Paranoid People? There is also an option to remove my number from the calling list, but I didn't do it because it probably puts my number into the WE GOT A LIVE ONE category.
