This number texted me yesterday asking if I was still looking for a job. As it happens I have an ad out looking for cleaning jobs but I thought it was still suspicious because most people ask if I have openings and are more specific. I did not respond and they texted me again this morning. This time I did respond and they said they were moving to a town near by where I live which they misspelled. They wanted to send me more money than I was asking for and a key to the house so that I could go in and clean it before they get here. I tried to get them to call me over the phone but they said they trusted me.......really? And of course they started wanting personal info like my name and age. I have heard of these scams before. I have never had someone that wanted to hire me after texting alone. They always call and speak to me over the phone. This was definitely a scam!!!! After I told him I thought it was a scam he got pissy and said "hey, am 63 and too old to play games so tell me do you want the job or not?"......um no.
