This was a call from some random company saying if I owe more than $3000 on all my cards combined, then they can lower my interest rates etc... at best it's bad marketing, at worst it's a scam. (Note - i've never had credit issues). The automated voice sounds like it's from an actual credit card company and says things like "we have sent you several notices, this is your last chance to respond"
