I recommend you don't even bother answering. It's just more of the usual codswallop, possibly a little more dangerous if this new "can you hear me?" scam is behind it.
With technology now adays, who knows where there from? Im not computer smart by any means but I bet all they have to do is find a number not being used by person or business and "assume" that number through some type of hacking program and use the internet (Voip) to do this. They could be from Mississippi, China or even in our own backyard. Id love to find them and have about 2 minutes with him (them), it would be like the old Clint Eastwood westerns where you hear a bunch of smackin goin on, then a big Thud!.....
