They have been calling my house phone and cell for a few days. First day I answered and they were silent. I tried calling back but the message says number not in service. Then I tried blocking them on my house and cell phone with call block, their call can still get through. I'm assuming they use some type of app that bypasses call block technology. I want to know if its some crazy ex that I need to prosecute. I live in NJ
