Stated I had been selected for something pertaining to a million dollars. Wanted to verify some info with me. I told her that I did not give out info over the phone and she hung up.
They told me I was a finalist in a million dollar sweepstakes and wanted me to verify personal info. I asked if I could go online and do it and they immediately hung up.
Just got a call from this number 601-533-4688 and did not answer. Went to google and saw this site, typed in the number, and saw others got the same call from this number. It must be a scam and I will def let then know not to call my phone again. Thanks for this site and the information. It could save someone from giving out serious personal information that could be quite damaging.
