got a text wanting an estimate on a house. I looked at the house from google earth and its new listing,for sale. I did this once before and the caller wanted to wire transfer more than double the estimate, same thing, house was for sale and had just been painted. This caller says he can use paypal, that's how I invoice out of town home owners with no problems. When I finally got him to call me and told him i would send a invoice through PP he hung up.
