An actual life person called my cell. Told me he was calling from "customer service." Let him go on a while about a free trip to Disney World or some such, worth "$1800," blah blah blah. Finally wanted to ask me a few questions: are you over the age of 28? do you have a debit or credit card? Finally ask him "customer service from whom." He replied "sorry to have bothered you" and hung up. Do people really fall for these scams?
