I know this number doesn't start with "800" but it needs to be on here!

I just got a call from this # just a little while ago, and AS my cell phone was ringing I dialed *67 & this number.  WHILE my cell phone was ringing I got this message on the other end:  "We're sorry, the number you're trying to reach is NOT IN SERVICE"... The SCAMMERS have the technology to "piggy-back" on disconnected numbers so they can't be traced. They're able to make you think you're getting a "local" call...
