CID says Info Online. Every day I get 5+ calls from various numbers that are complete garbage, and I never answer them. Blocking them doesn't help either, I think it just verifies the fact it's a working number so they start calling from other numbers. It has gotten so bad that I often don't answer the phone, even when it's a legitimate call, for fear of it being "one of them" and now I'll get even more calls!
