I think this is a telemarketer. They called me looking for Mike (wrong number) and I could hear a lot of background noise. Background noise like a call center type environment.
Just got the call - 27 March 2015. Didn't answer. No doubt one of the many telemarketing schemes going around.
I've noticed that after blocking a number, it will go dormant within a week or two and then other numbers start calling. This is apparently one of the "new" numbers or spoofs of numbers.
I doubt this is legitimate business and even if it was I wouldn't do business with them based on a cold call anyway.
So much for the do not call list...
They called giving away 3 night stay in Tennessee or a cruise package if you would give them 139.00 over the phone. Wouldn't send information first only after you give the money.
