I got a call from this number at 5:18 on Memorial Day morning. There was no one on the other line just a recording it was already playing and instantly hung up. Immediately after, I received a text message 480 442 4160 that read, "You've got a new voicemail from (601) 845-4130."  I have no idea what this means, as none of the numbers are familiar or related to my cell phone service.
