This number called my ph today @ 3:14 pm, but no vmail message.

Received 3 calls back to back. No VM left. Tried calling it back and it doesn't even ring.

Call me on my cell phnone. no voice message

A robocall operation offering low cost life insurance.  Probably a scam.

I have the Call Control app on my cell phone.  Call Control says their using a "fake caller ID"  the name is Langston & Langston from Jackson Mississippi.  Its a lawfirm, yet the robocall is selling low cost life insurance.  Sounds like some type of slick scam to me.
